Context
A university is not one product. It is an ecosystem of students, faculty, programmes, operations and administration, each with different needs and different definitions of a good day.
- 02
Problem
University life was spread across disconnected tools and processes. Information existed, but it did not behave like a system.
- 03
Insight
The problem was not a missing interface. It was missing architecture — the relationships between people, programmes and processes had never been modelled in one place.
- 04
Strategy
Treat the university as a digital ecosystem rather than a website with logins. Define the primary decisions each role needs to make, then design the system around those decisions.
- 05
System
Information architecture, role models, state and permission logic, and content hierarchy designed before any screen.
- 06
Design
A calm, structured interface language built on a design system, so new modules extend the ecosystem instead of fragmenting it.
- 07
Technology
Web platform implementation connecting the designed system to real workflows.
- 08
Experience
A single continuous experience across student, faculty and administrative journeys.
- 09
Outcome
Awaiting client-approved detail
- 10
Learning
Institutions do not need more tools. They need one coherent structure that the tools can live inside.
